Buying a home for the family can involve emotionally driven decisions. A couple would have disagreements over simple things like a foyer or stairs, or even a fireplace. What makes it look attractive for a wife, the husband may disagree with and it takes a lot of time to finally take the plunge. The real estate agents are the ones who bear witness to these emotional ups and downs, and unfortunately some agents will do anything to make a sale, even to the point of using covert/conversational hypnosis to make more sales in real estate.
The potential buyers of a home expect to be satisfied with what they are buying and any word that sounds like covert hypnosis may make buyers react negatively. Doing that is simply immoral and calls for manipulation of sales which is tantamount to a law suit. For those real estate agents who are using conversational hypnosis to make more sales in real estate, they open themselves to a whole lot of legal problems later on that may not only damage their careers, but can send them to jail.
There should be no sense of coercion when making a sale. It is unethical and practicing that technique may work for some, but it will eventually catch up with you. If the buyers are led to believe that the home they are buying is in tip top condition and then find out otherwise after the paperwork had been done, this can call in for a lot of trouble for both parties.
When caught using conversational hypnosis to makemore sales in real estate, and this is proven in court, this can call for a revocation of licence as well as jail time for the agent. This is not good practice, and tempting as it may sound, it does not make you any richer in the end.
